Focus Areas

Our projects target high-impact areas where sustainability and commercial outcomes align – from cutting carbon to restoring soil health and livelihoods.

Climate Action

Leveraging our science-based decarbonisation solution, VIVE Climate Action (VCA), we build carbon baselines using primary data, which inform the co-design of decarbonisation roadmaps.

VCA enables carbon ‘insetting’, and helps producers reduce GHG emissions at every stage – from farm to factory. Already proven in Brazil, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Regenerative Agriculture

Beyond carbon, our impact projects can also integrate key regenerative agriculture outcomes, from soil health and biodiversity, to water and livelihoods, working to increase resilience – without compromising productivity.

Launched in 2026, the VIVE Regen Ag module enables the context based design and implementation of regen ag roadmaps, and verification of engagement in regenerative agriculture across different raw materials.

Pioneering Low Carbon Sugarcane in Thailand

In partnership with KTIS, VIVE is supporting Suntory’s supply chain decarbonisation through a 3-year low carbon farming pilot in Thailand. Using regenerative practices and VIVE Climate Action, the project aims to reduce emissions, uplift farmer livelihoods, and develop a scalable, low-carbon sugarcane supply chain aligned with Suntory’s 2030 sustainability targets.
